Guiding Wishes works on a private fee basis and does not accept insurance. Fees and form of payment will be discussed during our initial consultation. If your insurance provides out-of-network benefits, we can provide you with invoices to include with insurance submissions. Insurance submissions are the sole responsibility of the client, but we can assist with paperwork, if needed. Provision of our services does not guarantee reimbursement. Please consult with your insurance company to see if specific services we offer qualify.

Please note that formal counseling services are available only to New York State residents. That restriction does not apply to non-counseling consultation services, such as care planning.

At this time, all sessions are conducted virtually via video or phone.
